i'm neo (or alex), a twenty-seven year old hobbyist designer from the uk. i'm transmasc and use he/him pronouns exclusively, so please do not refer to me by any other pronouns. i'm self-taught and have been working with photoshop as long as i've been roleplaying, since the age of eleven; although i do not consider myself an expert by any means, i'd like to believe i've improved enough since!any profit i make from commissions and sales of my premade templates will be put towards private healthcare costs to support my transition and general everyday necessities such as food, water and electricity. as a trans poc, your support means a whole lot to me!

what i do

i create graphic resources for the tumblr rp community, including premade templates on my payhip page and as of recent, commissions. i am happy to work with real life, drawn or 3d model faceclaims so long as they do not fall under the below "what i don't do" category. you can find more information about specific products and prices under pricing & examples.

what i don't do

..this is not an exhaustive list. i reserve the right to refuse any commissions that i am uncomfortable doing for reasons not limited to the above...

timeframes

when contacting me, please understand and allow for up to 2-3 days for me to respond at times, with the consideration that i am autistic, so i may sometimes be too socially drained to communicate. general wait times may also be affected by these factors as well as my own personal schedule. if it's been 5+ days without a response, feel free to politely give me a reminder!please understand that the most i can provide is an estimate of how long it may take for a commission to be completed: typically this is approximately 1-2 weeks but may be up to 3 weeks depending on the number of graphics ordered as well as complexity. please note that these estimates start from when i have confirmed your commission and payment has been received. as a general rule of thumb, commissions consisting of packs or multiple graphics will take longer, but delays are sometimes down to my own health and schedule.i always strive to offer the best quality i can, as i do not wish to provide graphics that are any less than the standard that i'd wish to receive myself and i will always give updates as i proceed, especially if there are delays. thank you for your patience and understanding.

general terms

my commissions will operate by a queue system and on a first come first served basis. once the waitlist is filled up, i will temporarily close the form until spots have freed up again.although i will keep a copy for the purposes of any future minor updates or should a new download link be required, i do not send out psds of any commissioned products so as to prevent redistribution and theft.

how to commission

to get started with commissioning me, please make sure to read over all the information in this carrd. i do understand that it's a lot but i prefer to be as thorough and transparent as i can be regarding what you can expect from commissioning me! please also make sure you are able to pay for the commission in full before sending a request!once that's done, it's as simple as completing the google form linked in this carrd. this is the only means by which i accept commission requests. i try to make it so that the form itself is pretty self-explanatory, but please shoot me an ask or im if anything is unclear and i'll do my best to clarify.after receiving your form, i will reach out to contact you via your desired means of contact to discuss the commission further. however, please note that if there's any particularly blatant disregard for my rules, i am under no obligation to respond or accept the commission.⠀after i have reached out to you, i will allow for up to 48 hours for an initial response before i consider the commission cancelled.⠀ since i operate my commissions on a queue system, this is so as to avoid any unnecessary delays and not keep others in the queue waiting. please do not waste my time or others'. i also understand that situations may change and that you may wish to back out of a commission. should this happen, please inform me as soon as possible rather than not respond at all. backing out is allowable up until the point where payment is sent to me as i do not accept refunds beyond this point; please see the below section for further details on payment.

how to pay

i accept payment upfront (i.e. prior to starting work on the commission) after the commission is confirmed. i will not start work until payment is received and ask that this is made via the paypal friends & family option as i'm by no means a professional or charging at industry standards. i understand that some may feel more comfortable purchasing via goods & services and that some countries only accept g&s payment, but please understand that the additional fee must be paid by the buyer if this is the case.if you would prefer to split the payment into instalments (i.e. half upfront and half later on, when i send you the preview of the final product) this is an option we can discuss. additionally, i am happy to put the commission progress on hold until you are able to pay the remainder, should your financial situation change during the commission process. however, upon doing this, you understand and agree that the finished commission will not be sent to you until payment is completed in full and that i will most likely have to move onto and complete the next commission in queue before continuing yours, if your commission is on hold.commissions are non-refundable as i will offer previews and updates on commissions as i work on them, allowing for discussion of anything that you would like altering throughout the process. if there is anything you'd like updating (e.g. a fc choice), please tell me as soon as you can! if the majority of the commission is already completed by that point, i may need to charge extra to account for the additional time needed to implement this...i currently only accept payments via paypal due to restrictions with other methods. all prices are in gbp (£) so please make sure the correct amount is paid when sending!..

how to credit

i do require credit for any commissioned or purchased work as a means to help get the word out there and direct others to me. for promos, this should be a link in the post itself to neorph on tumblr. for all other works, a linked credit on a pinned post or rules page on your blog will suffice! just to reiterate, please only use he/him pronouns if referring to me at all!

graphic updates or changes

if you have commissioned a graphic from me, i am happy to offer minor updates or changes (e.g. updating text on a graphic to reflect a url or alias change) free of charge! i will not send out psds so as to prevent theft and redistribution of my work but i keep psd copies of all commissions so any changes like this may be made. any larger changes may require an additional fee or a new commission altogether.

minimalist promos / headers

limited to up to 3 panels max. typically consist of just a simple image background or a minimalist plain background with any desired text...single panel:.. £4 . ..two or more panels:.. + £3 per additional panel.

complex promos / headers

limited to up to 3 panels max. typically consist of more complex compositions and editing (e.g: textures, blends) with any desired text...single panel:.. £6 . ..two or more panels:.. + £5 per additional panel.

dash icons

a pack of 3 may consist of 3 different designs with the same base image (ideal for single muse blogs) or 4 different images in the same style (ideal for multimuses). a single dash icon must be purchased as an add-on to another product...single icon:.. £2 ..pack of 3:.. £5

icon border / blockquote

a customised icon border / blockquote style, tailored to suit your blog or muse. note that this does not include a psd or colouring as i do not send out psds but will allow space for the buyer to add a psd of their own choice...complex blockquote border style:.. £5

a customised set of banners for use on blog posts and pages but can also be adapted for use as carrd titles. default set includes: answered ask, headcanon, pinned post, starter call, announcement and a post divider...default pack:.. £8 (base price that applies to any set of 6 banners, text can be changed to suit your needs)

starter bundle
